ABOUT MELANIE GILLOTT

            Melanie Gillott is a singer, songwriter, and actress based in Los Angeles, California. Throughout her childhood and high school years, Melanie was active in her school’s music department, performed in numerous community theaters and cabarets, and studied voice and acting at the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera Academy. She is a graduate of AMDA College of the Performing Arts where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting-Performing Arts. Upon graduation, she has worked as an actor and voice over actor and started releasing her own music.  On November 3rd, 2023 she released her debut EP: Unpredictable. Unpredictable is about embracing the unpredictability of life, the highs and lows of love, and the beauty that lies within these experiences. As an artist, Melanie’s ultimate goal is to help others through art and storytelling, whether it’s through the medium of music or acting. She believes that stories possess the unparalleled capacity to heal, inspire, and bridge divides. She is committed and dedicated to using her talents to uplift and resonate with others, guiding them through shared human experiences and emotions. When not on stage or in front of a camera, Melanie enjoys making music, writing stories, running, spending time with friends, family, and her little pup, Luna.
